Bring the brief, authorised source assets, generation and review into one content workflow. Keep your team’s attention on the message, the quality and what is ready to use.
Content workspace access requires sign-in, an eligible Content entitlement and available provider capabilities. Generation and editing usage are billed separately. See current plans for access and subscription terms.
Start with the bottleneck
Make the next step easier to see.
For agencies, marketing teams and service businesses producing image and video content from their own expertise and brand direction.
The problem
A useful idea becomes a chain of prompts, files and revisions. When the source material and creative decisions are disconnected, reviewers spend time reconstructing the brief instead of improving the work.
A practical starting scope
Start with one campaign brief and one output format. AI Content Manager supports available generation and editing tools; it does not guarantee a finished campaign, automatic publishing or a particular audience response.
Define the audience, message, channel, format and acceptance criteria. Supply business context and source assets you are authorised to use, including any restrictions on people, brands or claims.
OutputA clear brief and authorised references.
Step 02
Choose an available tool
Select the model and supported generation or editing operation in your workspace. Review format, duration, availability and the usage estimate where provided before submitting a paid job.
OutputA reviewed production request.
Step 03
Create and track the job
Submit through a configured provider and follow the actual generation status. Use job history to keep the request and output connected. A submitted job is not a completed asset.
OutputA generated asset with its job history.
Step 04
Review, refine and export
Check factual accuracy, brand fit, visual quality and usage rights. Use supported edits where appropriate, then download the approved output for your chosen distribution process.
OutputAn approved asset ready for your publishing review.
Before execution
Set the context. Keep the controls.
A focused creative brief
A message, target audience, intended format, brand guidance and an example of what an acceptable result looks like.
Access and usage budget
An eligible Content entitlement, available provider capabilities and enough wallet balance for the selected generation. Model and format support varies.
A named reviewer
Someone responsible for accuracy, likeness permissions, brand standards, asset rights and the final decision to distribute the work.
These are example workflows, not customer success claims. Availability depends on your plan, configured providers, permissions and approved scope. A person remains responsible for decisions outside that scope.
Define success before you scale
Measure the work. Not the promise.
Time to approved asset
Elapsed time from an accepted brief to final approval. Track hands-on production and review time separately from provider waiting time.
First-pass acceptance
Assets approved without a revision divided by reviewed assets, using the same format and quality checklist.
Cost per approved asset
Generation and editing usage cost divided by approved assets. Include failed attempts and rework in your comparison; report subscription and labour costs separately.
Compare similar formats and briefs over a defined period. If you measure enquiries or sales, use your own reliable attribution and do not treat views as revenue. These are suggested evaluation measures, not guaranteed outcomes or a claim of built-in reporting for every measure.
Questions before you begin
Know what you are enabling.
Does opening Content Manager give me free generation?
No. The workspace requires sign-in and eligible Content access. Content access is included while another paid module subscription is active, or is available as a standalone subscription. An unpaid trial of another module does not establish that inclusion. AI and provider usage are charged separately.
Will it publish everything automatically?
No. This workflow ends with review and export of the selected output. Any separate distribution or publishing connection needs its own supported setup and permissions. Review content before making it public.
Can I use any image, voice or brand asset?
Use only material you have permission to use for the intended purpose. Check provider terms, source-asset rights, necessary likeness permissions and the generated output before distribution.
